Our clinicians have completed postgraduate training in clinical psychology, followed by further training in a range of evidence-based therapy approaches. This allows us to provide high-quality treatment that is effective, tailored and derived from the latest research.
We offer a unique approach which combines Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and third wave variants (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Psychodynamic Therapy, as well as family systems and attachment theory.
Your clinician will integrate these modalities and pick the key techniques that will be most beneficial to you.
