Adele Stavropoulos is a warm and empathic clinical psychologist who helps clients navigate their emotions and develop stronger relationships with themselves and others.

Adele works with adults, adolescents and children of all ages across Parramatta and western Sydney to help them achieve meaningful and lasting change. She has a specific interest in working with families to overcome emotional and behavioural challenges and enrich family bonds.

Mr Nick San Juan

Nick is a registered psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. With a compassionate client-centred approach, Nick works collaboratively with clients to help empower them to get through difficult life challenges.

Nick has experience with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, drug and alcohol dependence, personality disorders, and neurodivergence (autism and ADHD). With his warm and empathic nature, Nick is able to build rapport with a wide variety of clients.

Diane Galinato is a compassionate and authentic psychologist dedicated to offering a safe space for clients to navigate their challenges. She places emphasis on cultivating a therapeutic relationship with each client, viewing it as the foundation for meaningful change.

Diane’s approach is warm, non-judgmental, trauma-informed and strengths-based. She tailors therapy to meet the unique needs of her clients and draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to improve wellbeing.

Dr Marina Ishak believes that authentic connection is the foundation of wellness. Naturally warm, compassionate, and transparent, she aims to make each client feel genuinely comfortable, allowing them to explore their concerns with curiosity and safety, whilst seeking to understand their unique situation.

Having the privilege of helping hundreds of people, Marina’s experience and training allow her to draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. When working with her clients, she uses a combination of practical and experiential strategies which she tailors to each individual’s needs.
